Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the site onastudio.ca, the subscription to our monthly Korean skincare envelopes, and the purchase of products (the "service"). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By accessing our site or completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Seller identification
ONA
Email: support@onastudio.ca
Address: Montreal (Quebec), Canada
2. Products and services
ONA offers monthly envelopes containing an average of 5 Korean skincare discoveries. Contents vary each month. All photos and descriptions on the site are provided for informational purposes. We strive to be accurate, but colors and packaging may differ.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the site are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and the displayed amount includes shipping within Canada. Prices may change, but the price charged is the one disclosed before your order. The first payment is charged immediately. Monthly is then charged automatically every month and 3 months every three months until cancelled. Discovery is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.
4. Subscriptions
Monthly renews automatically every month on the date disclosed at checkout. The 3-month plan renews automatically every three months: each CA$90 payment covers three envelopes delivered one per month. These subscriptions continue until cancelled. Discovery covers one envelope and does not renew.
4.1 Subscription cancellation
You may cancel Monthly or 3 months before its next renewal date. Cancellation prevents the next charge and takes effect after the already-paid period. A paid month or three-month block is non-refundable and non-transferable.
To cancel your subscription, you must log in to your account and make the change directly before the renewal date. No cancellation requests by email or phone will be accepted and no subscription transfers are permitted. In accordance with Quebec law, you are free to establish your own cancellation policy, provided you comply with it and inform the consumer before the contract is concluded.
5. Shipping
We ship anywhere in Canada. Orders received between the 1st and the 20th of the month are processed and prepared between the 21st and the 25th; shipping takes place between the 25th and the end of the month. Delivery times may vary depending on your region and postal services. Risk of loss or delay is transferred to the carrier upon handover of the package, but we will do everything possible to assist you in case of a problem.
6. Return and refund policy
Final sale: given the nature of personal care products, no returns or refunds are granted for conforming products. The law does not require merchants to offer a refund when the item is conforming and not defective. We therefore choose not to refund shipped envelopes.
However, if a product is defective or damaged, we will repair, exchange, or refund the item, in accordance with the merchant's legal obligation. You must report any issue within seven (7) days of receiving the envelope, providing photos and a description of the defect. We reserve the right to request the return of the product at our expense before proceeding with a replacement or refund.
7. Liability and safety
You are responsible for using the products in accordance with the instructions provided. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please check ingredient lists and perform a skin test. ONA is not responsible for adverse reactions. We cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
8. Intellectual property and site use
The content of the site (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the property of ONA or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may consult the site for your personal use. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited. You agree to use the site in accordance with applicable laws and not to introduce any unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content.
9. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our site. If you have an active subscription, we will inform you of significant changes by email. By continuing to use the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or application will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
